residential development, Utracon Vietnam Co., Ltd (UVCO), a
subsidiary of Utracon Overseas Pte Ltd Singapore, was
registered in 2008 as a 100% foreign invested company with a
Head Office in Ho Chi Minh City. Extensive marketing and
publicity activities have been launched since then to anchor
the “Utracon” brand name in this highly competitive market.
A strong pool of business management staff consisting of
foreign talents and dedicated local Vietnamese has
